• Card content: the details you choose to publish on your card, such as your job title, company, photo, links and address.
• Usage analytics: anonymous counts of card views, saves and clicks. Visitor IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes.
• Billing information: plan, invoices and payment references. We do not store full card or bank details.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, show your card to the people you share it with, send account and billing emails, and keep the service secure.

What is public

Everything you add to a public card can be seen by anyone with the link or QR code. You can make your card private or remove details at any time from your dashboard.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run SX Connect (such as hosting, email and payment providers), or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If your subscription expires, your card is shown as inactive and your data is kept so you can reactivate it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
