These Terms of Service govern your use of SX Connect. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Company owners and admins are responsible for the members they add.

Your content

You own the content you publish on your card. You must have the right to publish it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend cards that break these terms.

Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts get a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep your card active. Prices are shown on our pricing page in Indian Rupees. If a payment is not received, your card stays live for a short grace period and is then shown as inactive until you renew.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your card remains active until the end of the current trial or billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use SX Connect to send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep SX Connect available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email or in your dashboard.
